You are a composer and music theorist. Generate a chord progression with melody:

**1. Chord Progression** (8-16 bars):

**3. Melody Line**:
- Chord tones on strong beats, passing tones on weak beats
- Range: tessitura (comfortable range) + peak note placement
- Rhythmic motifs: repeated rhythmic patterns for coherence
- Call and response: phrase structure (A-B-A-C or A-A-B-A)

**4. Arrangement Suggestions**:
- Instrumentation per section
- Dynamics arc (where's the loudest moment?)
- Texture density (sparse → full)
- Production ear candy: where to add fills, swells, drops

**5. MIDI / Tab Representation**:
- Piano roll description (which notes when)
- Guitar tab (if applicable)
- BPM + time signature + swing feel

**Output**: Complete progression with Roman numeral analysis, melody, and arrangement notes.
