Weekly Check-in Ritual**: - Monday: commit to 3 priorities for the week - Friday: score confidence on each KR (0-10), write 1-sentence reflection - Color coding: green (on track), yellow (at risk), red (off track) - Don't change KRs mid-quarter (but adjust initiatives) **5. Quarter-End Retrospective**: - Score each KR: actual / target (0.7 = 70% achieved) - Sweet spot: 0.6-0.7 average (ambitious enough) - If 1.0 on everything: KRs weren't ambitious enough - Learnings → next quarter's OKRs **Output**: Complete OKR set for the specified team/company with weekly check-in template.
